Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases made through the Virtual Store Manuel Aragón Baizán, S.L.
The maximum term to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The circumstances that can cause a return are the following:
If the product you have ordered does not satisfy you: We will refund the amount of the product but not the shipping costs paid in the order.
If you wish to make an exchange for another item: the costs of return and new shipment will not be assumed by Manuel Aragón Baizán, S.L.
Defective product of origin: Once we receive the defective product, we will send you another one. In this case, the exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, taking charge Manuel Aragón Baizán, S.L. of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment.
Product that, by mistake, does not respond to the order: Manuel Aragón Baizán, S.L. will bear the expenses corresponding to the return of the wrong product and shipping of the product corresponding to the order placed.
In case it is a gift: It can be exchanged if the product has not been used, unsealed and is in perfect condition. The amount of the purchase will never be refunded, but the exchange can be made for an item of the same or higher amount. The costs of return and new shipment, as well as the difference in price, if any, will be borne by the person who makes the change.
Manuel Aragón Baizán, S.L. will make changes or refunds provided that the following circumstances occur:
- Prior communication is given to our Customer Service: This step is essential whatever the reason for the return. - The products keep their original seal intact: Returns of unsealed items will not be accepted in the case of wines and alcoholic beverages.
- The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return.
- The packaging must be in perfect condition and contain all its accessories in order to be returned.
- The return of the item must be made by courier to the following address: Manuel Aragón Baizán, S.L. C/ Olivo, 1, 11130 Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz) España
The cash refund will be made with the same means of payment used to pay for the order.
IMPORTANT: Manuel Aragón Baizán, S.L. will not return the amount or make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order.
