El Fino Granero is a dry white wine, made from the total fermentation of palomino grape must. In the biological aging process, a minimum duration of 3 years, the development of the flower veil is favored, a layer of natural yeasts that remains on the wine, thus preventing its oxidation and thus giving it its special characteristics. (See "Knowing about wines")
Its aging in American oak casks through the traditional system of criaderas and solera, is carried out in our winery under strict microclimatic conditions of humidity and temperature, so that the flower can be maintained throughout the aging process.
Golden, sharp and delicate aromas, dry on the palate, which makes it both an ideal aperitif and the perfect accompaniment to any type of meal.
Diego Aragón, the grandfather of the current owners of the winery, was a great fan of bullfighting and decided to pay homage to a young bullfighter called to be the figure in his time, but whom the bull Pocapena fatally gored causing a tremendous impact on the bullfighting world of the time.Manuel Granero died in a bullring in 1922 and Diego Aragón called Fino Granero the Fino he raised and of whom he was especially proud. But, curiously, that bullfighter was going to become a musician when he decided to dedicate himself to bullfighting; he was studying violin at the conservatory.The wine bears the name of the bullfighter and fate wanted that two years after his death, Enrique Montero, an illustrious musician and Chiclanero, dedicated a paso doble to this wine to which he gave that name, Fino Granero. The wine borrowed the name of the bullfighter who went to become a musician, and music, bullfighting and wine are perpetuated closing a magic circle. Something that could only happen in the Manuel Aragón winery and in the magical city of Chiclana.

Tasting notes: Wine of a straw yellow to pale golden color. Sharp and delicate aromas, with light almond memories and notes of fresh bread dough and herbs from the field. On the palate it is very dry, delicate, light and salty. In the aftertaste the almond memories return, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness.

Ideal wine for the aperitif and for all kinds of tapas, especially olives, nuts and Iberian ham.
Ideal companion to seafood and fish, especially those with a marked saline flavor (anchovies) and raw (sashimi), as well as white poultry meat.
Due to its low content of acetic acid, it combines exceptionally with dishes of outstanding acidity (salads with vinaigrette, marinades, etc.), as well as with cold soups (gazpacho or white garlic)
Always consume very cold. Use an ice bucket and water to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC
